Quality Control

Advance Formwork strives to deliver excellence during every stage of a project. Our supervisors monitor the day-to-day operations of our teams to ensure progress is made according to schedule. Our supervisors also report to the site manager twice daily to allow planning and continuity of works.

Our Quality Control measures include:

• Morning pre-start meetings
• Detailed explanation of work to be carried out to clients and employees
• Checklists to ensure nothing is missed in planning
• Thorough pre-pour checklists as well as post-pour checklists
• Continual supervision
• Employee training in all aspects of working at heights, required standards, safety requirements
• Pre and post inspections of all activities performed throughout the project
